How paid placements are labeled
Display ads carry a label such as “Paid Notice” or “Presented by.” Sponsored directory placements are marked as sponsored wherever they appear. If a placement isn't labeled, it isn't paid.
What sponsorship does not buy
Money never buys a spot in a guide, a better position in a ranking, softer coverage, or removal of accurate information. Editorial decisions are made separately from advertising — see the editorial policy.
Outbound links
Listings link to venues' own websites, reservation pages, and ticket sellers because that's useful, not because we're paid per click. If we ever add affiliate links, they'll be disclosed on this page and marked where they appear.
