David S. Ingalls Rink

David S. Ingalls Rink is a hockey rink in New Haven, Connecticut, designed by architect Eero Saarinen and built between 1953 and 1958 for Yale University. It is commonly referred to as The Whale, due to its shape.

Grove Street Cemetery

The New Haven, Connecticut, burial ground, opened 1796, is the oldest cemetery in the nation designed as a โ€œcity of the dead,โ€ with named avenues and cross streets. A National Historic Landmark, it is also the first chartered burial ground in the United States and the first to be arranged in family lots.
